Relative to Division Memorandum No. 64, s.2019 re: 2019 Brigada Eskwela Implementation, all public elementary and secondary schools are required to submit a report on all accomplished Brigada Eskwela activities at the school level.
Brigada Eskwela coordinators shall fill out the Online Brigada Eskwela Accomplishment Dashboard available at bit.ly/2019BEreport on or before June 7, 2019. Information on the following must be provided:
a. Scope of work completed
b. Resources generated
c. Volunteer service rendered
d. Significant accomplishments
e. Lessons learned and suggestions
Each coordinator shall encode the required data in the corresponding school sheet. The sheets are arranged based on the new school cluster assignment (see Division Memorandum No. 101, s. 2019).
Further, all schools are enjoined to prepare a Brigada Ekswela docu-magazine following the content and technical specifications guide provided in Enclosure No. 1. The docu-magazine shall be prepared for presentation and review during Brigada Eskwela Field Validation scheduled in June 2019.
