Relative to the selection of the 2019 Brigada Eskwela (BE) best implementing schools, the Division Office, spearheaded by the BE Division Monitoring Team, shall conduct a field validation of school finalists from July 2-4, 2019. The team composition and schedule of school visits are provided in Enclosure No. I.
The validation aims to see and assess the impact of Brigada Eskwela efforts in the improvement of schools’ physical facilities, disaster readiness and preparedness, WASH in schools, and overall quality of the learning environment.
As provided in Division Memorandum re: Submission of 2019 Brigada Eskwela Accomplishment Report dated May 29, 2019, all schools are reminded to prepare the BE Docu-Magazine which shall contain accomplished BE Forms 1-7 as well as photos of the school’s BE efforts. Please refer to Enclosure No. I of the said memorandum for the content and specifications guide for the documagazine.

d. WINS Coordinator
