This is to remind all School Heads and Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) Coordinators regarding the submission of school partnerships data for the second quarter of 2019.
All ASP donations received from April 1 to June 30, 2019, excluding those reported in the Brigada Eskwela summary of generated resources, shall be reported using the Partnerships Data Report (PDS) tool. The template is available for download at bit.ly/PDStemplate.
The accomplished report must be submitted via email to socmob@depeddasma.edu.ph (cc: annekatherine.cortez@deped.gov.ph) on or before June 30, 2019. No printed copy is required.
