1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 44 s. 2015, otherwise known as the Guidelines on the Enhanced
Improvement Planning (ESIP) Process and the School Report Card, the field is hereby required
to submit the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (S.Y. 2019-2022 cycle).
2. The technical assistance in writing the ESIP were provided by this Office through the conduct
of the following trainings:
a. 2019 Division Workshop on the Preparation of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan
b. Division Rollout of Assimilation and Orientation on SBM and Uphold ESIP cum School Governing Council
3. Moreover, reference materials to assist the school in ESIP preparation were made available
through the link: deped.in/ESlPreferencesdasma
4. In relation to this, Schools are enjoined to adhere to the standards in writing their ESIP corollary
to the abovementioned trainings and resources.
5. The submission date of the ESIP initial draft shall be announced through a separate memorandum. However, schools are directed to submit the School Performance Dashboard
utilized during the crafting of their ESIP on or before July 31, 2019.
