1. Relative to Memorandum OU-LAPPS No. 217 s. 2019 re: Conduct of Orientation on Partnership Building for School Administrators, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will host the said orientation on August 27, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Fields, Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias, Cavite.
2. Participants to the said training are the following:
a. Selected Division Office personnel (see Enclosure No. 1);
b. 43 public elementary and secondary school heads;
c. 43 Adopt-a-School Program Coordinators;
d. 43 Brigada Eskwela Coordinators; and
e. 8 Senior High School Work Immersion Coordinators.
3. As noted above, elementary and junior high schools are required to send three representatives to the training (School Head, ASP Coordinator, and Brigada Eskwela Coordinator) while senior/ integrated high schools are required to send four (School Head, ASP Coordinator, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, and SHS Work Immersion Coordinator). In case the ASP and Brigada Eskwela programs are handled by the same person, the school is requested to send another teacher who assists in partnership building and social mobilization at the school level, to comply with the number of required participants per school.
