1. With the aim to give honor and due recognition among the hardworking and dedicated teachers in the City of Dasmariñas, the City Government shall recognize the Outstanding Teacher and Service Awardees from all the public schools under this Division.
2. Each public school shall search for their Outstanding Teacher using the criteria of Gawad Sigasig for Teaching Categories as stipulated in Division Memorandum No. 139, s. 2019 and shall submit the name of their Outstanding Teacher in a form of certification attached with the Nomination Write-Up on or before October 1, 2019 at the School Governance and Operations Division.
3. Schools shall also submit a list of names of teachers who have reached 30 years, 35 years, 40 years, and 45 years in service from 2016 to October 2019. The list must be attached with individual service records of identified service awardees.
4. Attached to this memorandum is the suggested format of certification.
5. Schedule of the City Teachers’ Day Celebration and other details on this award shall be detailed in a separate memorandum.
