1. In accordance with the strategic directions on good governance articulated in the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) for 2017 – 2022, this Office hereby informs all concerned of the conduct of Division Servant Leadership Training of Key Personnel and School Heads at Congressional Integrated High School on September 23-24, 2019.
2. This division training aims to:
a. advance the awareness , understanding, and practice of servant leadership among the division key personnel and school heads;
b. discuss ways to reinforce the culture of the heart in promoting participatory good school – based governance;
c. forge commitment to greater accountability, responsiveness, cooperation and solidarity in the mission for service;
d. encourage the division and school key personnel to practice servant leadership personally as well as in the organization; and
e. identify enhancement to educational policies and guidelines.
3. Participants to this division activity are all Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors and public elementary and secondary School Heads. Registration shall start at 7: 30 A. M. Hence, participants are expected to be at the venue during this time.
4. There will be no registration fee to be charged from the participants. The training materials and other training related expenses are chargeable to HRTD training funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
