This is to remind all School Heads and Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) Coordinators regarding the submission of school partnerships data for the third quarter of 2019.
All ASP donations received from July 1 to September 30, 2019 shall be reported using the Partnerships Data Report (PDS) tool. The template is available for download at PDS Template.
The accomplished report must be submitted via email to socmob@depeddasma.edu.ph (cc: annekatherine.cortez@deped.gov.ph) on or before September 30, 2019. Printed copy is not required.
