1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 679, this Office informs all NSPC qualifiers that the Phase 1 Cliniquing of the 2020 NSPC Qualifiers for Individual and Group Categories will be conducted on November 25-29, 2019 at Tagaytay City Science National High School, Tagaytay, Cavite.
2. Each participant is required to secure travel order before November 25.
3. NO REGISTRATION SHALL BE COLECTED. Therefore, schools shall facilitate the transportation, food, accommodation, and other incidental expenses of their participants (journalists and school publication advisers).
4. This Office intends to reiterates item No. 7 of the attached memorandum which states that student-participants shall be given consideration for their active involvement in this activity.
5. Attached is the list of the NSPC qualifiers and the Regional Memorandum No. 679.
6. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
