1. In support of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas towards improvement of quality basic education support services through continuous improvement, this Office will conduct the CIP Training Batch 2 on November 25-27, 2019 and a Symposium for CIP Batch I on November 27, 2019, 1:00 – 5:00PM at National College of Science and Technology Multi-Purpose Hall.

2. The participants to Cl Batch I Symposium are Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Public School Heads – Batch 1 and School Cl Team members, while CI Training Batch 1 are the school Cl team members.

3. Enclosed herewith is the list of participating schools.

4. Each participant for the Batch 2 Training shall pay the registration fee of five hundred and fifty pesos (P550.00), while Batch I Symposium participant shall pay a registration of one hundred pesos (P100.00), to cover expenses for food for the duration of the activity. Payment shall be made to the Division’s Cashier’s Office on or before November 15, 2019. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Schools under Batch 2 are requested to submit the names of their CIP team members (composed of school head, team lead, documenter, process observer, communication in-charge) on or before November 6, 2019 to leylanie.adao@deped.gov.phcc: john.nepomuceno@deped.gov.ph.
