1. In line with the full implementation of the use of DepEd Partnership Database System in 2020 and to further strengthen the partnerships among the government and community, this Division will be holding Division Reorientation of DPDS cum Government and Community Partnership Strengthening through Effective Activity and Program Management on December 9-10,2019 at Hotel Dominique, City of Tagaytay, Cavite.
2. Specifically, the training aims to:
a. reorient the ASP coordinators on the use of DPDS in reporting the assistance received by school from partnerships initiated;
b. address concerns encountered during the initial implementation of DPDS in schools; and
c. analyze and address the gap of government and community partnership status through effective program institution.
3. Participants to this training are the School Adopt-a-School Program Coordinators and Division Technical Working Committee. All participants are expected to be at the venue at 7:30 am for the registration.
4. Participants must bring laptop and extension cord for the workshop during the training.
5. No Registration Fee shall be collected from the participants. Transportation expenses may be charged against school local funds.
6. A simple appreciation ceremony shall be held in the evening of Day I with the theme: “Salute!” and all ASP Coordinators must come in their military-inspired attire.
