In relation with the orientation held last January 30, 2018 at FEBMS regarding the conduct of DASMASIGASIG through Purok System, this office would like to remind all school heads and schools’ DASMASIGASIG Purok System committee to submit the data gathered.
It is understood that the report must be validated by the barangay captains through the automated purok system notebook which is duly signed by the barangay in-charged/barangay captains as well.
Consolidated report by school/ by districts/ clusters must be submitted not later than March 31, 2018 in the division CID/ planning office.
Tracking of enrolment will be done after the evaluation of the child mapping report against barangay population to be submitted to the municipal office for validation.
