Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 7 s. 2018 regarding the above subject, this is to inform the concerned offices and personnel about the conduct of the Roadshow on Public and Private Stakeholders on April 24, 2018 (Tuesday) at Lipa City, Batangas.
The activity will gather the 20 Division Offices in Region IV-A CALABARZON and will provide a venue to showcase the best practices in stakeholder engagement an encourage more partners to invest in education.
Official activity delegates from the City Schools Division of Dasmarnas are: the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Chief of the School Governance andOperations Division, Senior Education Program Specialist for Social Mobilization and Networking,
Education Program Specialist II for Social Mobilization and Networking, and ten (10) ASP Coordinators to represent each cluster.
Travel and other expenses shall be charged to the downloaded ASP Support Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing regulations.
