1. Consistent with DepEd Order No. 55 s. 2016, entitled Policy Guidelines on the National Assessment of Student Learning for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, Exit Assessments for Grades 6 and 10 shall be administered to Grades 7 and 11 students respectively.
2. In line with this, all public and private elementary and secondary School Heads are hereby directed to submit the enrolment data of all Grade 7 and 11 students in public and private schools. The enrolment report shall be used as basis for the allocation of test materials.
