1. Authority is hereby granted to Edna B. Gabriel, Education Program Supervisor for Science, to conduct a meeting on November 12, 2026, Thursday, 9:00 AM, at Dasmarinas II Central School.
2. The agenda of the said meeting are as follows:
a. Development of LMS modules for enhanced and regular Science
b. Planning for the LAC session for elementary research advisers
c. Monitoring of LMS enrollment and utilization by STE and SSES learners
d. Updates on the preparations for the Regional Festival of Talents and the Regional Science and Technology Fair
e. Others
3. Meeting attendees are the Head Teachers, SSES, STEP and Science Coordinators.
4. Participation in this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face meeting shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
