1. This is to reiterate the attached Deped Order No. 12, s. 2017 entitled Implementation of P 4,000.00 Net Take Home Pay for Department of Education Personnel, which is self-explanatory.
2. In line with this, to ensure that the monthly amortization shall be deducted from the member – borrower’s monthly salary, Loan Applications for New and Renewal with Undeducted Obligation in his/her payslips shall not be granted so that future problem will not arise.
3. Borrower’s are required to submit photocopy of latest payslip with original.
