1. This Office, through the Schools Division Research Committee (SDRC), officially announces the call for proposals for the 4th cycle of Basic Education Research Fund (BERF).
2. Division personnel, school heads, teaching and non-teaching personnel from public elementary and secondary schools in the city are encouraged to submit their respective proposals on or before December 3, 2018.
3. Interested research proponents must submit a 10-12 page proposal in hard copy in three (3) sets together with the following documents:
a. Application Form and Endorsement of Immediate Supervisor of the Proponent (Annex 1)
b. Research proposal (Annex 2)
c. Cost Estimates Approval Form and Declarations of Anti-Plagiarism and Absence of Conflict of Interest (Annex 3)
4. The abovementioned forms and documents may be downloaded through http://bit.ly/R4aBERFTemplates2018.
5. All the documents must be submitted to the Planning and Research Unit (Attn: Melanie S. Pamienta, SDRC Secretariat before the deadline.
6. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
