1. In relation to Division Memorandum No. 712, s. 2024, titled “Orientation of Division and School-Based Personnel on the Established Quality Control Plans (QCPs),” and following the recently concluded National Research Management Conference, authority is hereby granted to Karen Lynn G. Macawile, Senior Education Program Specialist for Planning and Research, along with the Schools Division Research Committee (SDRC) and School Research Coordinators, to conduct a meeting on research management within the Division.
2. The meeting will be held on October 22, 2024 (Tuesday), 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams through this link: https://tinyurl.com/RMMeeting2024.
3. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
a) Quality Control Processes for Research Management;
b) Call for Proposals and Evaluation of Proposals;
c) CDREAM Unplugged and CDREAM 2025;
d) Rollout of the National Research Management Conference (NRMC) 2024;
e) other matters.
4. The attendees of this meeting will be the Schools Division Research Committee and School Research Coordinators. Attendance is essential, and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005, titled “Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith,” it is expected that School Heads will make the necessary adjustments to ensure participant attendance while ensuring that no classes are disrupted during the meeting.
