1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2024 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for the SY 2024-2025 which states that Early Registration will start on January 25, 2025, for incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7 & 11 respectively, this Office will conduct the monitoring of the said activity to ensure compliance of all schools in the implementation of the Basic Education Enrollment Policy.
2. The latest and updated Basic Education Enrollment Form which was previously communicated will be released in a separate issuance. School Heads or LIS Coordinators are directed to encode the early registration data in the reporting system in the Learner Information System and shall regularly update the information until its closure.
3. The Division Monitoring Team composed of Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, and School Governance & Operations Division (SGOD) personnel will commence the monitoring activity on February 1, 2025, to give way for the schools’ initiative to facilitate the Early Registration process on January 25, 2025. Attached herewith is the Monitoring Tool and assignment of each team.
