1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 892, s. 2024 or the Accreditation Activities of Red Cross Youth Councils in Schools for School Year 2024-2025 dated November 19, 2024, this Office through the School Governance and Operations Division through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter Dasmariñas City Branch, will put up a ‘ones top shop” on February 14, 2025 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO.
2. This activity aims to fast track the accreditation of Red Cross Youth Councils from all public schools under this Division.
3. Participants to this activity are the selected Red Cross Youth Council Advisers. They are advised to bring the hard copy of accreditation documents of their respective councils.
4. Attached to this Memorandum are the list of participants and technical working group, and the activity matrix.
5. Travel expenses and other incidental expenses incurred by attendees shall be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Furthermore, in compliance with Division Order No. 1, 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and Division Memorandum No. 45, 2. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities, participants are advised to avoid single use plastics and bring their own water tumblers.
