1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2025 titled “Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities,” DepEd Memorandum (PAS-OD-014), the Alternative Learning System under the Curriculum Implementation Division hereby announces the division monitoring of opening of classes for SY 2025-2026 and conduct of division learning enhancement for 2024 Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test conditional passers on June 23 to July 4, 2025.
2. The monitoring activity aims to continuously assess the schools’ / Community Learning Centers’ readiness for the opening of classes, ensure that initiatives are implemented in accordance with set standards and requirements, and identify possible issues and concerns that will require technical assistance.
3. The Division ALS Monitoring Team shall be spearheaded by Division ALS Focal Person, Marites O. Manicio and respective Public Schools District Supervisors per cluster with the assistance of the two Education Program Specialists II for ALS shall monitor the implementation along with the health and safety protocols. Classes shall not be disrupted as per DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 or Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
