1. Anchored on Resolution No. 010112 of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Article IX-B Section 3 of the Philippine Constitution, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the 11th Gawad SiGaSig (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) sa Paglilingkod from August to December 2026. This initiative strengthens the morale, efficiency, integrity, responsiveness, and courtesy in civil service. It also reinforces the merit and reward system through the Employee Suggestions and Incentive Award System. The recognition program celebrates both individual and collective achievements, reinforcing the Division’s commitment to building a responsive, ethical, and service-oriented educational community.
2. The award-giving body aims to honor and recognize teaching, related-teaching, and non-teaching personnel within the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas who manifest profound commitment and remarkable service in their job through commendable and untiring dedication to their work.

Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Thus, it is expected that School Heads should make the necessary adjustments in compliance thereof.
