1. The field is hereby informed of the attached schedule for the Distribution of English Reading Kits Levels 1 and 2, procured by the DepEd Region Office to selected schools.
2. In this regard, all School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed to the City Schools Division – Property and Supply Unit from September 28 to October 1, 2026, between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
3. School Heads are likewise instructed to assign additional staff to assist the SPCs and provide transportation to expedite the receiving process.
4. Expenses incurred in this activity shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
