Pursuant to the implementation of various School Learning Reforms beginning school year 2026-2027, this Office announces the conduct of the 2026 Division SLAC DocuFest, as a platform for identifying potentially replicable practices, highlighting significant practices and accomplishments, and establishing a reward system within the division, showcasing the best practices of School Learning Action Cells (SLAC) implementation amidst learning reforms.
2. Enclosed in this memorandum are the detailed schedule of activities, Mechanics, Rubric for selecting the Best Practices, Cluster Nomination Form, and SLAC Forms.
3. The theme for the 2026 Division SLAC DocuFest is: “Navigating LS Reforms: From Change to Meaningful Transformation” or “Pagtahak sa mga LS Reforms: Mula sa Pagbabago Tungo sa Makabuluhang Pagbabagong-anyo”

5. To facilitate the discussion of mechanics and assist the field in the conduct of this activity, authority is given to the Program Excel in Learning Delivery Focal, Dr. Jhonie Jeff I. Marquez, to conduct a Virtual Coordination Meeting on October 6, Tuesday, in two batches to accommodate SLAC Coordinators with teaching load in the AM and PM shifts. SLAC Coordinators, School Heads, and PSDS may opt to attend the 10:00 AM or the 3:00 PM Virtual Coordination Meeting.
