1. In recognition of the outstanding performance and achievements of learners in the 2026 Division Festival of Talents (DFOT), this Office hereby announces the official list of winners in the different contest categories.
2. Attached to this Memorandum is the official list of winners for reference and information of all concerned.
3. The school heads concerned are requested to disseminate the results to the learners, coaches, parents, and other stakeholders and to extend their congratulations to all participants for their dedication, commitment, and exemplary performance.
4. The coaches and trainers of the winning learners are encouraged to provide the necessary support and guidance to prepare the qualified participants for the succeeding level of competition, in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and schedule.
5. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are directed.
