1. In line with DepEd Order No. 26, s. 2026, titled Implementing guidelines on the Establishment of School Governance Council (SGC), the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, through the Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), shall conduct the SGC 2.0: Reigniting Shared School Governance on October 13, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Bulwagang Emmanuel Resurreccion, Emmanuel Resurreccion Congressional Integrated High School.
2. This activity aims to:
a. conduct a reorientation on the structure of SGC in accordance with DepEd Order 26, s. 2022;
b. provide orientation on the features, indicators, and standards of the Enhanced SGC Functionality Assessment Tool (FAT);
c. explain the assessment process, criteria, and required means of verification;
d. strengthen the capacity of schools in assessing and improving SGC functionality; and
e. support schools in aligning SGC practices with the principles of shared governance and accountability.
3. The participants in this activity are the 10 Public Schools District Supervisors, 47 School Heads, and 47 SGC Elected Secretaries in the elementary and secondary schools.
