1. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) – Dasmarinas Associate Council will conduct its National Court of Honor and Local Council Executive Board (LCEB) Committee Meeting on October 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at the Session Hall, Socio-Economic Building, Dasmarinas City.
2. The activity shall consist of two major components:
a. National Court of Honor – a formal Scouting ceremony for the recognition and conferment of appropriate BSP National Awards to qualified National Awardees from Dasmarinas who were unable to receive their awards during the 69th Annual National Council Meeting (ANCM) held in Cebu City on May 20-22, 2026; and
b. LCEB Committee Meeting – a governance and organizational meeting of the Local Council Executive Board to discuss matters concerning the administration, programs, membership, training, advancement, awards, community-based Scouting, financial and resource matters, upcoming activities, and other matters relevant to the continuing development of the BSP Dasmarinas Associate Council.
3. Enclosed in this memorandum are the list of participants and the Local Council Executive Board for the said activity. The names appearing in this memorandum are in official business and in official time.
4. Participants are advised to observe the prescribed program schedule, protocol, and appropriate attire in Type A or Safari BSP Uniform. Those designated for specific roles during the Court of Honor and LCEB Committee Meeting shall coordinate with the BSP Dasmarinas Associate Council Secretariat for the necessary briefing and activity requirements.
