1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 587, s. 2026 titled “Mandatory Reporting of Learner Rights and Protection Incidents”, this Division hereby informs the field of the attached memorandum for information and compliance of all concerned.
2. This dissemination aims to reiterate the responsibility of all private and public schools in the mandatory reporting of all learner rights and protection (LRP) concerns and the timely submission of documents necessary for the management and monitoring of such incidents to the Learner Rights and Protection Division (LRPD).In view thereof, all public and private School Heads are directed to ensure adherence to the provisions of the attached memorandum.
