1. The field is hereby informed of the attached schedule of DISTRIBUTION OF GRADE 6 MATHEMATICS TEXTBOOKS AND TEACHERS’ MANUAL FOR DISTRICT 2, procured by the DepEd Central Office.
2. In this regard, all concerned School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed at Dasmarinnas II Central School on October 7, 2026 (Wednesday), from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Likewise, School Heads are instructed to assign additional staff to assist the SPCs and provide transportation to expedite the receiving process.
3. Expenses incurred in this activity shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
