1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 358, s. 2026, titled Conduct of Nutritional Assessment of Learners for SY 2026-2027, this Office reiterates the conduct and submission of the Midline Nutritional Assessment of School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Beneficiaries.
2. All concerned schools are reminded to ensure the accurate measurement and recording of the height and weight of SBFP Beneficiaries to monitor their nutritional progress. Assessment results shall be encoded using the prescribed BMI Software or School Form 8 (SF8), reflecting the Body Mass Index (BMI) and Height-for-Age (HFA) indicators.
3. In this regard, the schedule for the conduct and submission of the midline Nutritional Assessment is hereby adjusted as follows:
