With reference to the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service Memorandum No. DRRMS-10-08-2026-0002 dated October 8, 2026 titled “Participation in the 2026 International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, enjoins our schools, offices to spearhead activities on the observance of the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction on October 13, 2026.
