1. Pursuant to DM-OULS-2026-221 titled Pilot Administration of the Literacy and Numeracy Knowledge (LiNK) Tests, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) announces the mandatory administration of the LiNK Tests for Middle of School Year (MoSY) to all Key Stages 1-2 learners of Sampaloc Elementary School, and to all Key Stage 3 learners of Salawag National High School until October 23, 2026.
2. For participating schools, the LiNK Tests shall be administered in lieu of the Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA), Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI), and Rapid Math Assessment (RMA). Only the Literacy Test shall be administered in MoSY. It is understood that all non-participating schools shall continue administering CRLA, Phil-IRI, and RMA.
3. The administration of these MoSY Assessments during the Instructional Block shall be done following an agreed scheme that is expected to protect instructional time.
4. Access to the assessment toolkits for Key Stages 1 to 3 were already granted by the Central Office to the registered school email address to uphold test integrity and ensure proper administration in accordance with established protocols on the use of assessment materials. The same materials used in the BoSY administration shall be used in the MoSY administration.
