1. Relative to the upcoming Regional Schools Press Conference, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), shall conduct a series of online coordination meetings with the Division Journalism Trainers and the School Paper Advisers of the RSPC JournCamp Qualifiers on October 21-22, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.:
2. The meeting aims to:
a. discuss the training design, arrangements, and timeline in preparation for the RSPC;
b. clarify the policies and guidelines on attendance, participation, and learner engagement during the training; and
c. establish the roles, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among the Division Journalism Trainers and Schools Paper Advisers to ensure the effective implementation of the training.
