1. Pursuant to Bureau of Learning Resources (BLR) Memorandum BLR-2026-09-2645 dated October 5, 2026, this Office informs the field of the participation of this Division in the Learning Resources Monitoring and Evaluation (LR M&E) 2026 Cycle Phase 1: Validation of Inventory and Delivery of Learning Resources (VALID-LR).
2. This activity aims to:
a. Validate the status of delivered learning resources in all division offices, as part of the operational database of the LRMIS and all other inventory mechanisms for LR provisions;
b. Check the readiness of inventory, warehousing, and distribution arrangements;
c. Determine whether delivered resources are well positioned for school needs relative to requests, interventions, class disruptions, and other such activities; and
d. Identify operational concerns requiring immediate coordination or technical assistance.
3. The inter-regional monitoring activity involving this Division is scheduled for October 19-22, 2026. The monitoring team will be composed of representatives from the Negros Island Region (NIR).
4. Attached is the list of possible schools to be monitored. The schools to be visited shall be randomly selected by the monitoring team.
