1. This Office disseminates Memorandum Circular Order No. 012-S-2026 from the Office of the City Mayor, Hon. Elpidio A. Barzaga, III, inviting all public and private elementary and secondary schools in the City of Dasmarinas to participate in the Street Dance Competition for the 15th Paruparo Festival, which coincides with the City’s 17th Founding Anniversary, carrying the theme “Whimsical Paruparo Festival 2026”.
2. The competition features two relevant categories for basic education, namely the Elementary Division for public and private elementary schools and the Secondary Division for public and private secondary schools, with participation limited to fifteen (15) slots per division on a first-come, first-served basis. Each participating delegation must consist of 50 to 55 dancers, with an optional maximum of 10 props men in black shirts.
