1 Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015 re: Guidelines on the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (SIP), all public elementary and secondary schools are directed to prepare and submit their Annual Implementation Plan / Work and Financial Plan for FY 2027 on or before December 4, 2026 via email at planning.dasma@deped.gov.ph.
2. The WFP FY 2027 shall reflect the school’s priority improvement areas and recommended interventions identified through the following plan, tools and assessments:
A. Program Implementation Review, 1st to 3rd Quarter FY 2026;
B. Submitted School Improvement Plan;
C. Accomplished and validated WINS Monitoring Tool;
D. Accomplished and validated Hazard Mapping and CSS Monitoring Tool;
E. Accomplished and validated School Building and Facilities Assessment
