In reference to Division Memorandum No. 851, s. 2026 titled “Anticipatory, Preparedness and Preventive Measures Amidst the Onset of the 2026-2027 Super El Nino” dated October 29, 2026, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Risk Reduction Authority is inviting all School Heads, Assistant School Principals and SDRRM Coordinators to an Emergency Meeting on November 3, 2026 (Tuesday) from 3:00 p.m. onwards via Microsoft Teams.
2. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
a) Activation of the 4H Learning Continuity Framework;
b) Uniformity of Cancellations; and
c) Other matters.
