1. Relative to the invitation of the Career Executive Service Board (CESB), the Dasmarinas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) shall perform during the 2026 Lifelong Learning for Leadership Congress (CESCON) and the 53rd Founding Anniversary of the CESB on November 11, 2026, at The Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Ermita, Manila.
2. To ensure readiness for the performance, a final rehearsal shall be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., at the Library Hub, Sigasig Building. Attendance of all DCTC members is required.
3. The call time for all performers on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, is 4:30 a.m. at the Division Office. Performers are required to observe punctuality to allow sufficient time for travel and preparations.
4. School Heads are enjoined to make appropriate scheduling arrangements for the participating members to ensure continuity of instruction and prevent disruption of classes during these activities.
5. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
