With reference to DEPED-4A-RM-03-17-446 entitled Endorsement of additional Crop Museum in CALABARZON; The Gulayan sa Paaralan of Sta. Cruz Elementary School and San Nicolas Elementary School are hereby designated as Crop Museums.
Having designated as crop museum, the said schools are expected to serve as laboratory and focal point for saving different crop varieties and indigenous crops.
Similar to the tasks of the existing five lighthouses, they are also expected to provide seeds and planting materials as well as technical support to other public elementary schools in terms of the implementation of the Integrated School Nutrition Model particularly the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program.
