In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 665, s. 2017 Re: 2016 Performance-Based Bonus Ranking of Schools (Elementary and Secondary), this Office hereby announces the Ranking of Schools for Elementary and Secondary Levels based on school classification of Medium and Large.
In line with this, all public elementary and secondary schools are required to submit the soft copy of School Level Form 1.2 and DBM template to the official email of the Planning and Research Unit i.e. planning.dasmarinas@gmail.com for consolidation on or before November 29, 2017. Hard copies of School Level Form 1.2 and Certification of No. of Eligible per School are to be submitted in two copies also on the same deadline.
