The Social Mobilization and Networking Unit will provide a series of technical assistance in Cluster V schools being the Area/Target Group of the Medium Term Development Plan of the Division. The first TA will focus on building partnerships using the partnership model called “PROSPER” and the Partnership Framework and Processes discussed in the national orientation in Cebu City.
