1. As stipulated in DepEd Memorandum No. 127, s. 2016, the Test of English Proficiency for Teachers (TEPT) and Process Skills Test (PST) in Science and Mathematics shall be administered to all Grades 7 and 8 public school teachers from September to December 2016 on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

2. In view of the foregoing, all schools heads are required to submit a separate List of Teacher- Examinees for the Test of English Proficiency for Teachers aid Process Skills Test in Science and Mathematics with the names arranged by alphabetical order of their surnames with gender segregation and Grade Level on or before August 29, 2016. The hard copy shall be submitted to Dr. Leticia T. Lopez while the soft copies at email address heicelle.hernandez952gmail.com of SGOD.

3. As specified in the Memorandum received from the Office of the DepEd Secretary, LEONOR MAGTOLIS BRIONES, the Division Testing Coordinator will serve as the Chief Examiner, while the Education Program Supervisors and Secondary School Principals will serve as Room Examiners in the conduct of the TEPT and PST.

4. The test schedule, venue and other related concerns shall be announced through a separate memorandum after the conduct of the national conference on TEPT- PST.

5. Furthermore, Public Schools Cluster Supervisors shall work together with their Division Parent Supervisor to undertake necessary preparations relative thereto to ensure readiness of all concerned.

6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with the content of this Memorandum is directed.
