In conformity with the forthcoming Second Periodical Examination, all schools are advised to make their own school-based examination.
These test items must be initially checked by the subject key teachers, administrators and PSDS for the elementary and Head Teachers for the Secondary before submitting to the Division Office for final checking of the concerned Supervisor. Copy of test items must be in the Division
Office on or before October 18, 2016.
Adherence to the required competencies as stipulated in the budget of work/curriculum guide is expected.
