As per the communication received from Ayala Foundation, Inc, requesting for report on Text2Teach Program Assessment, kindly submit to this office a Program Assessment Report that contains the following:
1. What is the status of the implementation of Text2Teach Program in the school?
2. Facilitating/Hindering factors for a successful implementation of the Program
3. Problems encountered during the implementation
4. Suggestions on how the program can be improved
The deadline for submission is on Friday, November 18, 2016, c/o Ms. Adao at LRMD Section.
