1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas (DepEd Dasma), through the Learning Resource Management and Development (LRMD), will form a pool of LR Evaluators in preparation for the evaluation of localized learning resources.
2. Please find below the attached list of recommended evaluators by their respective Education Program Supervisors. Hence, they must submit personally to Learning Resource Management and Development office the following documents:
a) Application letter signifying interest to serve as LREs;
b) Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet for LREs found in attachment;
c) Curriculum vitae; and
d) Other pertinent documents such as service record, transcript of record, certificates of relevant trainings attended since 2010.
3. All Master Teachers will automatically serve as Learning Resource Evaluators, therefore called for submission of the abovementioned requirements to the LRMD office.
