As reported by the Supply office, the attached list of schools have not yet picked up the allocated learning resources since September 2018. Our storage area is limited and bulk deliveries are being received regularly by our office.
This Office advises all schools concerned to pick up the learning resources on or before January 21, 2019. Otherwise, we shall assume that the schools listed no longer need the learning materials. This shall also be a basis for future learning resource allocations.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is requested.
