1. This Schools Division hereby informs the field that there will be no on-site transactions in OSDS-Budget and Finance Services to give way on the conduct of Preparation and Consolidation of FY 2024 Mid-Year Financial Report from July 04-05, 2024 at The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City, Cavite.
2. In line with this, all concerned are advised that there shall be no physical transactions during the said schedule in the Budget and Finance Services. All official transactions shall proceed on alternative platforms such as, but not limited to, official online sites, phone calls, or coordinate with the Records Unit for the receiving of documents.
