1. Relative to the OUOPS No 2023-04 Memorandum re: Implementing Guidelines of the FY 2023 Disaster Preparedness and Response Program Funds for the Procurement of Safety and Emergency Supplies and Equipment for Schools, this Office through the SGOD-DRRM announces the Conduct of Meeting on January 15, 2024, Monday at 10:30 a.m. onwards at CSDO Conference Room to discuss the guidelines of the allocated budget for selected schools.
2. Furthermore, enclosed is the list of participants to the said meeting. Proxy /
representative/ alternate participants shall not be allowed.
3. Concerned SDRRM Coordinators are advised to coordinate and communicate
with their school heads of possible arrangement and appropriate measures to ensure that no classes will be disrupted.
4. Travel expenses to be incurred by the participants to this meeting shall be charged against their respective school funds subject to usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
