1. Pursuant to OM-OASOPS-2023-01 from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for
Operations (OASOPS), this Office hereby disseminates the attached memorandum
regarding the conduct of Career Guidance Program Training Needs Analysis for
Public Secondary School Class Advisers that requests all secondary school class
advisers to answer the given link on or before January 10, 2024 (Wednesday):
2. This training needs analysis aims to gather the needed data and statistics on the
experiences and training needs of the designated career advocates in schools. Thus, the results will serve as one of the bases for future CGP initiatives of the Department.
3. Moreover, to ensure the efficient implementation of the Career Guidance Program in this division, all public secondary school heads are required to designate two (2) Career Advocates (Please see attached Enclosure 2 for the terms of reference) and shall facilitate the accomplishment of the given link on or before January 12, 2024 (Friday):
