1. In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 55 s. 2024 or the Conduct of the 2024 Regional Athletic Meet, this Office will conduct an onsite meeting on February 27, 2024, 8:30 a.m., at Dasmariñas Integrated High School-Library. This is in preparation for the forthcoming Regional Athletic Meet in April 2024.
2. Participants in this activity are Tournament Managers, Winning Coaches eligible for RAAM 2024, Education Program Supervisor-MAPEH, Supervisor in-charge of Special Education, Division Sports Officer, and DSAC Chairperson.
3. Participants in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
